Our Neutrality Policy
1- TGS will act independently and impartially in all certification services within the scope of ISO/IEC 17021-1, ISO/IEC 27006, ISO 22003, MD 9, ISO 2000-6, ISO 50003, ISO 17021-10.
2- While carrying out its activities, TGS guarantees that its employees are free from any political, commercial and financial pressures.
3- No person or organization will be allowed to influence the decision of all personnel and committees involved in certification activities.
4- During the receipt of the applications of the organizations requesting certification, if there is a situation that may cause a conflict of interest, certification services will not be provided to these organizations.
5- All necessary resources will be provided continuously in order to carry out certification services in the best way, to ensure continuous satisfaction of our customers and to keep complaints to a minimum.
6- TGS will approach the parties objectively in its certification activities. Necessary measures will be taken for situations that may cause conflict of interest.
7- TGS will not provide consultancy services in any way.
8- TGS has taken out professional liability insurance against damages or risks that may occur against third parties within the scope of certification activities.
10- TGS undertakes that it will avoid any behavior that may adversely affect the Organizations, will not engage in biased and intolerant behavior, and will act impartially and independently.
11- TGS will not recommend and market its activities to customer companies that will cause conflict of interest and threaten its impartiality and contradict the accreditation rules to which it is affiliated while providing certification services. In addition, TGS has understood the importance of Independence and Impartiality and has analyzed and managed to eliminate possible conflicts of interest and / or to reduce them to an acceptable level.
